Thank you for the day on the Leach, the guiding was first class. I would recommend this to anyone, beginner or experienced rod alike. A day like we had adds lots of value and as time is precious, a day of guiding without doubt will get more fish in the net and more smiles per hour of fishing thereafter! Thank you.

Mark is an incredible guide with amazing knowledge and excellent company. He helped me achieve a dream 30+ years in the making to catch a grayling. As a novice fly fisherman, Mark’s patient instruction and brilliant watercraft allowed us to catch a number of fish in immaculate condition. The stretch of water we fished in the Cotswolds was stunningly beautiful, I’d highly recommend a day spent with Mark, you’ll learn so much and hopefully like me catch a fish you’ve been dreaming of.

Mark is a fantastic guide and teacher. As a novice to fly fishing I was apprehensive of where to start with river fishing so decided to go with Mark on a guided day. Mark shared his knowledge of where to locate fish and how to approach them and we had a very successful day together, I would thoroughly recommend Mark’s tuition to anyone looking to get the most from their time fishing.

I took a day’s double-handed/spey-casting tuition and guiding on the River Wye. Mark helped me to find, cast to, hook, play, catch and release my first fly-caught salmon.

I would never have had the confidence to attempt this on my own,  nor known where to start,  so thank you for a memorable experience and introduction to salmon fishing.

Just had a perfect morning’s fishing under Mark’s excellent guidance.  Fished a beautiful stretch of the Windrush amidst totally unspoilt countryside on the Sherborne Estate. Tough conditions in brilliant sunshine but Mark still found rising fish and I was lucky to catch and release some super brown trout. Would highly recommend Mark as a fishing guide which he couples with in depth knowledge of the countryside and it’s wild life.
